- 1 cup coconut milk or cream
- 1 ½ cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda

Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses:
- Fill each glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
- Mix the Blue Base:
- In a shaker, combine the blue Curaçao syrup and coconut milk.
- Shake well until the mixture is smoothly blended and gives a cloudy effect.
- Create the Drink:
- Pour the blue mixture over the ice, filling about three-quarters of the glass.
- Top up with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, allowing it to mix naturally with the blue mixture.
- Add Cloud Effects:
- Gently place small tufts of cotton candy on the surface of the drink to create the cloud effect.
- Insert a blue and white striped straw for a whimsical touch.
Notes
- Ensure the cotton candy is added just before serving so it doesn’t dissolve too quickly.
- For variation, you can use different flavored syrups while maintaining the blue color.
