Description

Deliciously seared boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked in garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook both sides of the chicken for 3-4 minutes until seared and browned.
  3. Add in the butter, honey and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a low simmer and cook for 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
  5. Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with the sauce from the skillet poured on top and topped with the fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in your favorite spices for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or over rice for a complete meal.
