Description

A delicious Italian sandwich featuring layers of fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 46 slices Prosciutto di Parma or good quality prosciutto
  • 2 crusty Italian bread rolls
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese (cut in half)
  • handful of Arugula
  • 1 medium size avocado (pit removed and mashed with a fork)
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • dash garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine and stir the avocado spread ingredients until smooth.
  2. Arrange the sandwich as follows: avocado sauce, mozzarella slices, tomato slices, prosciutto slices and top with arugula.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This sandwich is best enjoyed fresh.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic powder and lime juice to taste.
