Description

A delicious homemade peanut butter ice cream that is creamy and easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 14 ounces condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk)
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place a freezer-friendly container or loaf pan in the freezer.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the cold cream until fluffy. Stir through the peanut butter and condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Pour your ice cream mixture into the pre-frozen container and place in the freezer.
  4. Allow the ice cream to freeze for at least 2 hours.
  5. Let the ice cream thaw for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, mix the ice cream every hour while it freezes for the first 2-3 hours.
