Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, then stir in the hot coffee or water.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Prepare and bake in greased pans.
- Make the cookies-and-cream frosting.
- Frost cooled cake layers and decorate with extra Oreos.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use strong brewed coffee instead of hot water.
