Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water or coffee
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures, then stir in the hot coffee or water.
  4. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Prepare and bake in greased pans.
  6. Make the cookies-and-cream frosting.
  7. Frost cooled cake layers and decorate with extra Oreos.
