Description

Delicious shredded chicken made in a slow cooker with Italian seasoning and ranch dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3)
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the chicken broth and vegetable oil on top followed by all the seasonings.
  3. Cover with lid and simmer on high for 3-4 hours. (Chicken should shred easily)
  4. Remove the lid and shred the chicken as best as you can in the slow cooker using forks.
  5. Cover and simmer for another 45 minutes allowing the chicken to soak up the juices.
