  • 1 cup pickled vegetables (banana peppers or olives)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (add just before serving to keep it crisp)
  • 1 cup Italian dressing (or swap with Greek yogurt/vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add the short pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
