Description
A refreshing and spicy dip made with mangoes, garlic, and chili peppers, perfect for spring rolls or grilled meats.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 lime (juice, freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small chunks. Set aside.
- Slice the red chili peppers in half and remove seeds for less heat if desired.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.
- In a blender or food processor, combine chopped mangoes, sliced chili peppers, minced garlic, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level as needed by adding more honey or lime juice.
- Serve immediately as a dip for spring rolls or drizzle over grilled meats.
Notes
- For a milder dip, deseed the chili peppers.
- This dip pairs well with a variety of appetizers.
