Description

A creamy and savory spinach and artichoke dip perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
