A creamy and savory spinach and artichoke dip perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.

- Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
- Make it ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
