A delicious cheesy mushroom burger served with roasted baby potatoes.

- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
- 8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Cook the Mushrooms:
- In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the butter and Worcestershire sauce, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Make the Burger Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Season each patty with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Burgers:
- In a heated skillet or grill, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Place two slices of cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
- Assemble the Dish:
- Place the cooked patties on a serving platter.
- Top with sautéed mushrooms.
- Add roasted potatoes around the burgers.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for garnish.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the burger patties in Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use a mix of mushrooms like cremini and button for a richer taste.
- To ensure even roasting, cut larger potatoes into smaller pieces to match the size of smaller potatoes.
