- 12 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place pepperoni slices on the prepared sheet spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
- Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto the center of each pepperoni slice.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese on each pepperoni cup.
- Season each with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni edges are crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
