Description

Delicious pepperoni cups filled with cream cheese and topped with mozzarella, perfect for a quick appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place pepperoni slices on the prepared sheet spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto the center of each pepperoni slice.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese on each pepperoni cup.
  5. Season each with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pepperoni edges are crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped fresh parsley.
