Description
Deliciously crispy and cheesy garlic tortilla wraps, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped green onions
Instructions
- Make the Garlic Butter: Start by melting the butter in a small bowl. Stir in the minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and dried parsley. This aromatic blend is what gives the wraps their signature flavor.
- Prep the Tortillas: Lay your tortillas flat on a clean surface. Brush the garlic butter generously over one side of each tortilla, covering all the way to the edges. This side will get perfectly crisp and golden.
- Add the Cheese: Flip the tortillas so the buttered side is down. On one half of each tortilla, sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes here too.
- Fold and Toast: Fold each tortilla in half over the cheese, pressing gently. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the folded wraps in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve and Enjoy: Cut the wraps in halves or quarters. The cheese will be hot and gooey — perfect for dipping into marinara sauce or enjoying on their own.
