Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges if necessary. Prick the bottom with a fork a few times.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Assemble Quiche: Sprinkle the bacon evenly over the crust. Add the cheddar and Swiss cheese on top of the bacon.

- Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
