Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
