Description

Delicious clusters made from raw almonds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and honey, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup raw honey

Instructions

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for about 1 minute.
  2. Spread this dry mix in a baking sheet.
  3. Pour the honey equally over the nuts and seeds.
  4. Using a silicone spatula, help the honey penetrate into the nuts a bit.
  5. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, tossing and turning the nuts a couple times in between.

Notes

  • Ensure the nuts are evenly coated with honey for best results.
  • Store in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
