- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh mango chunks
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup granola or crushed biscuits
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Raspberry Layer: In a blender, mix fresh raspberries and sugar until smooth. Strain to remove seeds, if desired. Fold the raspberry puree into the Greek yogurt.
- Prepare Mango Layer: Blend mango chunks until smooth. Mix mango puree with Greek yogurt and honey.
- Layer the Parfait: In a tall glass, add a layer of the mango mixture. Follow with a layer of the raspberry mixture. Repeat layers to fill the glass.
- Top the Parfait: Add a generous layer of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle granola or crushed biscuits over the whipped cream. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Adjust sugar and honey to taste based on fruit sweetness.
