- 1 pound turnips, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash, peel, and cut the turnips into even-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine turnips with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
