Description

Healthy and delicious frozen yogurt bites that are easy to make and perfect for a quick snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (Can use full-fat or low-fat based on preference)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (Substitute with almond or cashew butter if allergic)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (Adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (For extra crunch)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (For a sweeter touch)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (Add for more flavor)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is nicely blended.
  2. Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Fill each mold to the top.
  3. If desired, sprinkle the tops of each yogurt bite with your choice of chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or dried fruits for an extra flavor boost.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and enjoy as a healthy snack!
