Healthy and delicious frozen yogurt bites that are easy to make and perfect for a quick snack!
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (Can use full-fat or low-fat based on preference)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (Substitute with almond or cashew butter if allergic)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (Adjust based on sweetness preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (For extra crunch)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (For a sweeter touch)
- 1/4 cup dried fruits (Add for more flavor)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is nicely blended.
- Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. Fill each mold to the top.
- If desired, sprinkle the tops of each yogurt bite with your choice of chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or dried fruits for an extra flavor boost.
- Place the molds in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and enjoy as a healthy snack!
