Description
A delicious and easy garlic beef pasta recipe featuring tender beef sirloin and al dente pasta, all tossed in a garlic butter sauce.

- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef slices for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
- Return beef to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then serve hot.
