Description

A delicious and easy garlic beef pasta recipe featuring tender beef sirloin and al dente pasta, all tossed in a garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef slices for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until garlic is golden and fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Return beef to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then serve hot.
