Ingredients

- 1 cup Cranberry Juice (Use 100% pure for best flavor)
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Gelatin (Bloom in juice)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar (Adjust to taste)
- 0 cup Water (Regular tap water works)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square tin with parchment paper and grease it with nonstick spray.
- Pour cranberry juice and sprinkle powdered gelatin over it; whisk until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the right temperature.
- Remove from heat, skim bubbles, and pour into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Flip onto a sugared board, cut into squares, and roll in sugar to coat.
- Allow to air-dry at room temperature for 1-2 days before storing.
