Description

A delicious and refreshing cranberry jelly treat that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice (Use 100% pure for best flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Gelatin (Bloom in juice)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar (Adjust to taste)
  • 0 cup Water (Regular tap water works)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square tin with parchment paper and grease it with nonstick spray.
  2. Pour cranberry juice and sprinkle powdered gelatin over it; whisk until dissolved.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the right temperature.
  4. Remove from heat, skim bubbles, and pour into prepared pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  6. Flip onto a sugared board, cut into squares, and roll in sugar to coat.
  7. Allow to air-dry at room temperature for 1-2 days before storing.
