Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk until blended.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the red and green sprinkles gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the top, and add optional toppings.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- For a gluten-free option, use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend.
- For a buttermilk substitute, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup milk.
