Instructions
- Prepare the Base:

- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).
- Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust.
- Create the Ganache:
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly.
- Add Toppings:
- Scatter chopped peanut butter cups, additional chocolate sandwich cookies, and milk chocolate chips over the ganache.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours or until set.
