Description

Delicious cookies with a mix of white chocolate, butterscotch, and crunchy pretzels.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup broken up pretzel pieces
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together with a mixer until well combined. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  4. Gently mix in the white chocolate, butterscotch chips, and pretzels.
  5. With a tablespoon sized cookie scoop, form balls with the dough.
  6. Place the balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets 2 inches apart. Press down on the dough rounds slightly and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake cookies for approximately 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 3 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
