Ingredients

- 2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Melt peanut butter, honey, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and crushed pretzels until coated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Once firm, drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt and extra chocolate chips.
